We are pleased to inform you that effective 1st January 2008 all business of Bionic Electronics Ltd, are moved to Bionic Electronics HT Ltd, a subsidiary company of Bionic Electronics Ltd. Management, staff, contact numbers and address remain the same.
The registration number of the new company Bionic Electronics HT is 12155949V and VAT number is CY10155949T.
Therefore, effective January 1st 2008 we are accepting payments only on the name of Bionic Electronics HT Ltd.
