  1. In the case where a sum remains unsettled to the company, the customer is indebted to pay the balance within 5 days. The company is entitled to the legal interest-rate.
  2. The company maintains the right to stop accepting cheques and to only accept cash, in the case we have cheques returned unpaid or where any doubt exists on the reliability of the customer.
  3. By accepting these terms you accept to become personal guarantor of the company or individual you are signing for and you are obligated, in case of financial dispute to pay any remaining amount to Bionic Electronics H.T. LTD.
  4. Companies must provide their registration document with the "Number of registration of company" from the Company Registration Department.
  5. I accept to receive advertising and other messages from the company.
